Arrival: Please arrive by 14:00 for orientation and the commencement of our journey into silence.

Commitment: Embrace absolute silence until the retreat concludes with our closing circle. To ensure a fully immersive experience, the use of electronic devices is not permitted. Facilitators are available for support in emergencies.

Activities: Engage in journaling for deep reflection. Reading materials are not part of this retreat to maintain focus on self-awareness and introspection. Participate fully in conscious movement practices designed to enhance your connection with self.
